Arts & Economic Prosperity 5 changes the conversation about arts and culture in our state. Investing in the arts means investing in an industry that continues to provide community and economic benefits across Oklahoma.

While the fundamental benefits of arts and culture are how they inspire, delight and unite us, this study helps us look at the direct economic impacts.

Spending by the arts and culture industry and their audiences supports 29,165 jobs in Oklahoma. The industry generated $46,397,000 in State and $38,107,000 in Local Government revenue.

Oklahoma's arts and culture nonprofits generated direct economic activity of $872,830,632.

The arts mean business for Oklahoma!
