2018 Elections: Candidate Survey Results
Oklahoma's 2018 Statewide Legislative Primaries take place June 26, 2018. Oklahomans for the Arts surveyed State Senate and Oklahoma House candidates about their positions on a number of key arts and culture issues.
Of the 574 state legislative candidates, 174 replied (30%). There are 20 individuals already elected because of filing unopposed.
Ask candidate’s stances on arts and culture to weigh when voting. Your questions about their support of arts and culture also can change the conversation during the election and future policy making.
We created an overview of the responses and full versions of the questions in this introduction.
